Website use and cookies

BM Group does not currently use analytics, advertising cookies or behavioural tracking on this website. The site itself does not set non-essential cookies, so no consent banner is shown.

The hosting provider may process limited technical request information—such as an IP address, browser information and request time—to deliver, protect and operate the site. Any such processing is governed by the provider’s service terms and privacy arrangements.

Business enquiries

The enquiry builder prepares an email in your own email application. Information entered into it is not stored by this website and is not sent to BM Group until you choose to send the email.

If you contact us, we may process your name, employer, contact details, message, project information and any files you provide. We use that information to respond, assess your requirement, prepare proposals, manage a potential or existing business relationship and keep appropriate commercial records.

Legal basis

We process business-enquiry information where it is necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and managing business relationships. Where an enquiry relates to a potential or existing contract, processing may also be necessary to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform that contract. We may retain information where required to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Who may receive the information

Information is available only to relevant BM Group personnel and service providers that support business email, IT, hosting, professional advice or the requested supply activity. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

If a service provider processes personal information outside the European Economic Area, BM Group will require an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and safeguards where applicable.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, the resulting business relationship and applicable legal, accounting or claims requirements. Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries should be reviewed and deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Subject to the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can contact us at contact@bmgroup-int.com.

You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency. We encourage you to contact BM Group first so we can address your concern. Information about complaints is available at datatilsynet.dk.

Changes to this notice

This notice reflects the website’s current no-tracking, email-only design. We will update it if we add analytics, hosted forms, cookies or other services that change how personal information is processed.
